I have an older Chinese-made CNC router I bought over 10 years ago and it uses a parallel port. I would like to upgrade to a different controller. Does anyone have a recommendation on what to use? I've attached a couple of images of the CNC Machine.

I already have a 1515 with the BlackBox, didn't know if it would work with the older CNC machine

It should unless your power supply is more than 24V, or the stepper motors for some reason are way out of the spec range for the Backbox. But judging by the size, that probably is not the case. However, the steppers appear to have manual jog wheels and doing that with the motors plugged in can damage stepper drivers.

…or less than 24V. (it must be 24V to work properly)
