Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I just finished wiring up my new Blackbox Controller and IoT Switch. When I turn everything on there is a Red Light on the Power Supply and a Green Light on the Blackbox Controller and I am getting an error message that reads as follows: ($J=G91G21X25 4F5000) ok.
What I am thinking is it is reading as a G91 G21 X25 4 F5000 rpm. I have GRBL set up as an Openbuilds C-Beam XL and have the Router11 plugged into the Normally Off Position.

Isn't the Power Supply suppose to emit a Green Light and the Connection Signal on to up the Blackbox is Flickering.

In the log? Not an error, thats just a log entry, you sent (by jog button) a $J Jog command, and we received back an OK. Log shows what the command was the caused Grbl to say "OK"

Spindle control is under the Tool On/off menu:

The Spindle won't respond and I just took the power supply and it only responded once I shorted it out. I was only getting .5 volts showing and now I am getting 24V. Does the Fan run all the time or only when it is under Load? And is there a listing for the Router11 as I am not seeing it?

Alright, what I have now is 24V at Output going from Power Supply to Blackbox. The Motor Enabled LED is on. The DRO shows movement on all 3 axis. Yet No Movements.

THE GRBL settings that you are describing are not like anything that is showing when I go into the GRBL Settings Tab. There is No Option to set $4 =1 anywhere, at most I get an option to Invert the Signal such as if I look at $0=10us or $1=255ms and like $3= (0) X=0, Y=0, Z=0. $4=Invert.

In the Serial Console you see all GRBL settings in a 'raw' form
    upload_2021-1-15_14-39-23.png

In the GRBL Settings tab you see the human friendly display of the same stuff....
    upload_2021-1-15_14-42-28.png
    upload_2021-1-15_14-41-38.png

so $4=0 means 'invert step enable pin is disabled' = enable is not inverted
and $4=1 means the invert is enabled. Blackbox requires this to enable the drivers.

You should read the GRBL Wiki about the settings, this will enable you to understand the settings page and get your machine working.

When power is on do the motors lock up so you cannot turn them by hand?

Is the BlackBox fan spinning ?
If not, there is no 24v power going into BlackBox (wrong polarity, connector not seated in all the way, terminals pinching insulation instead of wire, etc

Glad to see it is now:

For motors to spin those are the only two requirements. $4 must be 1/Enabled, and it needs power.

When you say they don't move, do they do nothing, or vibrate in place though

They do absolutely nothing and yes I can turn them by hand. I wired them up all with Pin Style Crimp Connectors used for hooking up PLC's. I used them before with no issues before I burnt out a driver in my Geckodrive G540 with no issues whatsoever. The Normally Open Home Switches work with no issues.

No neither the BlackBox Fan nor the Power Supply Fan aren't spinning up either.

Well, then you have no power into the BlackBox yet - once it has power, and its switched on, the fan spins, the Power LED behind the logo on the top lid lights up, and the drivers have power to spin the motors

Recheck wiring, and also see docs:powercase:start [OpenBuilds Documentation] in case you missed the bright yellow sticker before :)

Rechecked my wiring harness and it turned out to be a bad connector at the power supply. Fan now comes on on the Blackbox just have to invert the direction on the X-Axis and Calibrate. Along with adjusting the Acceleration and Velocity along with the Drivers VREF.
Thanks to everyone who assisted me in getting this C-Beam XL moving.
