Exactly, so you still need to put in the effort to tune it right

Have a read first (The entire Grbl wiki is gold)

Our machines comes with profiles (tried and tested, hours of tweaking) but yours is not ours, so you do need to create your custom profile and do the neccesary tasks like tuning for reliable acceleration and max rate, calibrating steps per mm, etc. The machine has different weight and loads and things. Possibly different mechanical drive components, etc

That is good news at least, our nice low inductance motors are easier to tune - still has to be done - but at least less like to have issues with low top speed and low acceleration than some high inductance motors typical of these types of machines in stock form

Seems to have Ballscrews - much heavier than our 8mm leadscrews, require more enertia to spin up (the screws themselves already weigh more than our typical screws) and the pitch difference also comes into play. Got to tune your settings. Could also them if the have the settings for a BlackBox running their machine.

I will contact them as well and see if they can let me know some settings if they have a black box build, most of there documents and links point to your build info on your site if you are using a blackbox though.

To a point sure, but its hard for us to provide support for their machine specific bits - one would hope they have put in the effort to come up with a nice machine profile for their machines so their customers wouldn't have to tweak that themselves
