NEMA 23 Belt & Pinion Actuator Bundle as a Y axis.

I’m considering using the NEMA 23 Belt & Pinion Actuator Bundle as the Y axis for a plasma cutter. In this case the Y axis is the gantry to carry the Z axis and plasma cutter head. I’m considering the NEMA 23 Belt & Pinion primarily because I need the extra length -1500mm.

What I don’t know is how to mount the Z axis to that assembly. The 5x5 plasma table shown here looks like it uses a custom bracket to accommodate the Z axis assembly.

I’d appreciate any comments anyone might have on this and any possible solutions.
