I think you might have some things set up backwards, and it thinks it's homing to the -199 instead of +199?
0,0,0 should be lower left corner from there positive jogs for X should move it left to right, and positive jogs in y should move lower to upper.. is this correct?

If I change any setting then Homing and cutting direction is the same. after homing cutting also move towards the switch so it cuts of straight away.
If I change it to $23=2 or $23=0 the same happens. I got $3=5 and $23=0 move to the correct directions but then it give me the -199 on the X Axis.

you have to get the Jog going in the right direction before you worry about the homing, most people home to 0,0,0 which would be lower left corner

you can put the home in the upper left but make sure to change the origin on your drawings so the G-code start point turns out right

My Jogging is going to the right direction. I am not sure how to get the G-Code to start point to right.

It would be in the drawing or cam software you are using, you need to set the zero work coords position, so it starts in the upper left of the work in your case.
    what are you using?

Ok, i've never used cambam so you will have to find out how to move the origin in that.
