Minor Spindle Crash after firmware update, then no 0-10volt

I upgrade my software yesterday. Ran a cnc job but had a minor spindle crash. Now the spindle wont run.
I disconnected the 0-10v cables from my vfd and ran the vfd with a 10k pot. That seemed to run ok but was a quick on/off test.
I checked the voltage output from the blackBox and get 0 volts. Every other aspect of the Blackbox seems fine.
All steppers work.
I'm not blaming any software issues but it was coincidental. Any new settings? Fuse is Ok. Would a crash ( only for a second) tend to damage the output of the Blackbox?
Is there a way to reset it?
