    Hello,

the vanila makita rt0700 router normaly runs from 10000-30000rpm

i thoughed getting a cheapo speed control from amazon
theoreticaly the router could/would run with lets say 2000rpm - to compensate the worser™ fan cooling i would put 1 or 2 radial turbo fan(s) on top of it

the fans would runs over the blackbox 3 wire laser modul

    what do you think?
    has someone allready tried it?

    have a nice weekend

As the Makita already has a built in speed control you cannot put another triac based speed control in front of it no.
