    Hi all,

    I have been running my machine for quite a while now. I have never had issues with my limit switches. But all of the sudden when I went to use it today, two of the three limit switches where constantly seen as "triggered" by the Blackbox controller.

    Please notice the following:

    1. I have not changed any wiring, the switches has worked for like 6 months with no issue
    2. I have tried turning off the computer
    3. I have tried fully unplugging the Blackbox controller (to remove power completely)
    4. I have tried the reset button (not sure exactly how that is supposed to work)
    5. I have tested the switches by moving the axis close enough to see the diodes turn on and then off when moved away again.
    6. I have tried unplugging the switches
    7. I have checked the wires, they are fine
    8. The x-axis switch works just fine
    9. As far as I can tell. The rest works fine.
    If anyone has seen this before, please advice.

    Cheers

    Martin

    Reset =restarts the firmware. Reboot.

    If they still show triggered even if unplugged, something damaged the Blackbox ports. Any miswirings, surges, etc you know about? Contact the store via https://support openbuilds.com > New Ticket. Any info of event around the limits that could have caused damage might just help with advice, so do let them know if you think of anything
