I am building my first 1515. Having issues with threading the lead screws into the blocks. First one went ok, second was really tight, had to use gloves to feed it through, and the third i can't even get started. Any advice on this? are the blocks milled wrong?
Contact the parts store and let them know the issue, if they are just a bit tight you can use a drill and cycle a bunch back and forth to loosen it up. Gary
