    What would cause a jerking motion when doing a circle in 3D carving

    too deep of a cut maybe.. need more info

    I would try to make a "air" cut. Could be that you are trying to make the cut a too fast a speed. Perhaps you do not have smoothing enabled.

    That would be part of your cam program. Fusion 360 has it on the passes tab.
