    Wondering if anyone can help.

Using my new interface with the Xpro4. Setup seems to go fine but running a job from the supplied USB and one of my own results in an incredibly slow step feed. This file is set to run at 1000mm/m but I'm getting maybe 100.

The jog speed is fine making me think connection's are ok.

Took a quick video to hopefully illustrate the issue.

Wondering what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

Check your Grbl parameters, for example the Max Rate parameters.

Also check your CAM setup - avoid segments that are impossibly short (ie turn on smoothing)

Thanks Peter. Could you suggest what the max rate should be? Very new to gbrl.

Also its cutting a straight line so the segment shouldn't be a factor.

    Thanks again

Depends what machine you have? Also, the xPro has lower current drivers than our BlackBox so derate accordingly from our profiles
