Interface controller - wrong flash firmware, no usb reading

    It started with the USB not being read. According to the instructions, to prepare a USB pendrive I had to update openbuilds control and prepare a USB pendrive in the wizards and tools tab. Unfortunately, no results. Then I updated the interface controller and this is where the problems started because on the website the latest update V1.57 applies to X32, and I have an X4. Currently, the controller stops on the checklist at 5/25 Insert USB Drive. There is no selection in the Interface tab which driver it applies to.
    Please help first make the controller work and then read the USB pendrive. I have two 32 GB pendrives. Are these capacities too large?

    Test number one - does the drive included with the Interface work?

    If not, contact the store via Support > New Ticket
    Otherwise your drives may be the wrong kind (usb3 instead of usb2) or wrong format, etc

    you have confused a few things... (or maybe it is me :) )
    the BlackBox X32 is a controller and though it takes a SD card it does not need a 'prepared' one.
    the Interface is a PC replacement that connects to a BlackBox and allows you to control the machine without a PC, it needs a prepared USB Drive
    Also, firmware V1.57 is for the Interface, NOT the Blackbox, and the interface needs V1.57 to talk to the BB X32 but it will still talk to a 4X just fine.
    Using the latest firmware is required for proper support and debugging, we cannot have an example of every old version lying around for testing and debugging, so we all need to be using the latest so we have 1 frame of reference.

    when you say 'no result' what exactly do you mean? Preparing the USB Drive involves copying some files to it, that is all, takes a few seconds.

    Sir, I will try to explain. I have only problem with interface outside controller. Blackbox 4X is OK. Before upgrading newest version V1,57 was working except USB drive. After upgrading V1,57 started with logo on the screen X32 and freezes on the checklist 5/25 USB Drive and you can do nothing. I am confused why interface after uploading V1,57 shows X32 logo on the screen while I have X4. It was problem with USB, and now I have no interface at all.

    Just an advertisement enticing users to upgrade to the new controller lol


    Yeah firmware has no control over the USB, that's perhaps just a coincidence...
    USB is handled by a CH376 IC directly.

    Check that

    By no result I mean after preaparing USB pendrive still was not visible in interface. Lowest buttons of interface are black, and USB stick was not seen by interface.
