Hello all and thanks for taking the time to read this thread. I just built a Work Bee CNC router and having an issue with getting the VFD going. I bench tested this, over the course of a couple of days, and finally got it working great. It would start and reach 24k no problem. The settings are listed down below. After the successful bench test, I disconnected from the VFD and routed the cable, crimped new connectors, and wired it back up. Since then every time I run it, still operating from the VFD controls, not changing any settings, it alarms out. A.oA alarm, and if I don't immediately turn it back down it goes into the E.oA.A alarm. This occurs around 550 rpm every time. Pictures attached that shows the alarms, the VFD model, and Spindle information. I did go back and check the connections on the spindle side, the solders are solid and shrink wrapped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Update:

I got the spindle back up and running with some settings I found on another forum, listed below. These work with two exceptions. If I put anything in PD11 or PD73, the spindle starts as soon as I hit run, before I start adjusting the knob. From the explanation from the other forum, and the manual, PD11 is the Freq lower limit and is set to avoid running the spindle at a too low freq, and PD 73 is the lower analog freq. Again, if I put anything in either of these two settings the spindle starts as soon as I hit Run. My question now is, can I leave these at 0 if I'm going to run by manual adjustment? I plan on doing this for a while before hooking this up to my acorn board. Please review and post any comments and concerns. Thanks.
