    Hello,

I'm having two issues with the Black Box.

    Issue 1:
When I try and home the machine it starts with the Z axis. I have limit switches that have SMT LEDs that will light to indicate the switch has been triggered. When Extra Large Plate encounters the limit switch, the LED lights up, but the Z axis continues to smash into the limit switch until the stepper can no longer move the axis.

The homing feature worked for a short time but now it will no longer work. I have changed switches, altered the home direction in GRBL to have it home to the bottom. Reacts the same way.

I don't know how to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Issue 2:

When using the Surface/Flattening Wizard, the machine will randomly stop and through an error (which I can't for the life of me remember), and then I have to start all over again.

This error just angers me. It has now happened three times. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Rod

    Issue 1:
    - Check the Troubleshooting tab in CONTROL while testing switches.
    - Post pics of switch wiring (connector and switch sides)
    - Post Grbl settings

    Issue 2:
Probably EMI: Refer to docs:blackbox:faq-emi [OpenBuilds Documentation]

Please don't 'home down'. This will give you a lot of issues.
