Try just connecting first - reflash is not a normally required action: Explain why you wanted to reflash, so we can assist further?

What controller do you have? (assuming BlackBox for now, but please do include details)

    1) Disconnect everything except USB if you are getting any errors that it couldn't find firmware: more likely a wiring short preventing board from running (usually incorrectly wired limit switches, compare against docs.openbuilds.com if this is the case)
    2) Are you sure you followed steps 4.1 and 4.2 from docs.openbuilds.com
    3) Sure you are selecting the correct port?
    4) Include Serial Log copy-pastes to help diagnose issues

Yes I have black box was trying to flash the door control so I could put in an e stop.
Needed to flash normally closed an when I did flash failed then usb would not connect. Finally after several tries it worked.

    Glad you are sorted

Note we advise strongly against using the DOOR function as an emergency stop:
    An emergency can be
    - the power strip caught on fire from overloading
    - router caught fire
    - psu caught fire
    - runaway machine
    - broken endmill making router vibrate like crazy
    - dust particles caugh fire inside the dust collector from static charges

In only on of those cases the Door sensor would've helped.

For proper emegency switch functionality, wire it so it cuts power coming to the desk where the machine is, before the power strip. So one hit of the Emergency stop, can cut off ANY connected peripheral

Check the serial log just after starting for clues (before connecting)
It'll tell you whether your PC doesnt meet the neccesary specs for WebGL,

or check whether 3D viewer system has been disabled from Troubleshooting>Application Diagnostics

Screenshot of an example where 3Dview can run:

CheckSize needs the 3D view to calculate the extent of the job

Did you check the second part:

If its not that, then the PC really doesn't properly support WebGL
    - Upgrade drivers (chipset and GPU)
    - Upgrade GPU
    - Replace PC

Windows 7 is end of life as of Jan 2020: Windows 7 End of Life: everything you need to know about the death of Windows 7 | TechRadar (just a sidenote, wouldn't be the cause of your issues but still, better to keep up than catch up)

That said, refer above, update drivers, etc maybe theres some outdated drivers where you can still update a bit. WebGL issues has more todo with GPU capabilities, whether actual hardware capabilities or driver versions
