Good morning all, After trying several modifications to the shape as well as to the manufacturing method with fusion 360, Qcad, freecad ... I always come to the problem that the circles imported into openbuilds cam are not completely closed and cause a problematic in building a good path with a plasma or router. I have tried with different version of dxf R12 ASCII, R14 to polylines... I also try to open openbuildsCAM with google chrome, Microsoft edge, firefox ... Nothing changes. Can you help me please? I recently bought a Blackbox controller for my plasma / router table. Thanks a lot for the help. Health
Depending on the DXF itself, one may sometimes need to add a step in between into a different CAD, to clean up the file and make it "CNC ready" For example: Fusion, doesn't export Polylines, so you take the Fusion DXF > Other CAD like QCad > explode arcs and splines to Polylines > Export as DXF R14 Polylines See: - docs:software:file-errors [OpenBuilds Documentation] and - Problems with importing DXF into OBcam
