USB won't connect. I get an error stating USB device connected malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. Reinstalled drivers. Any ideas?
1) Try with all over wiring disconnected (Shorts in wiring?) 2) Try a different USB Cable 3) Try a different computer
I haven't tried it yet, but "I think" my other Laptop works. I'm pretty sure it is an issue with this laptop. anyways the only reason I was connecting is because I want to adjust my Probe settings. I believe I need to be connected for this. If that's correct I'll have to remember to bring out my other laptop. I tried to edit the file, but don't see a way to change the offsets, so I am assuming those are stored in the black box.
Probe dimensions on Interface is fixed to our Probe, not configurable. 3rd party / custom probes needs CONTROL
