    The best way to buy the book that doesn't involve shipping cost is to get the Kindle e-book version. Hope this helps.

    Hi Neil I would love to buy the book but the cost is too high here in Brazil, something like 1/10 of the minimum wage here, is there any way to make the book cheaper for countries with a weak currency ?

    Hi there, and thanks for the message.

    I appreciate your interest in the book, however I am constrained by the pricing policies of Amazon and can't sell this independently. I think the most economical way to access the book is via the E-Book version, at least there's no shipping charge.
