Hello Friends, I have a need to cut some simple HDPE doors and frames, they are simples placed over a rough opening in a fiberglass cabinet which will be used for the door stop as well. I would like to use a 1/8" margin between the door and frame, my question is: if I use a rough stock slightly larger Than the needed door and frame using an O flute 1/8" bit should this be possible? Thanks

Cutting HDPE is not a problem, just make sure the bit is new and has never cut anything else, ever. Also make sure the chips fly out of the cut, if you cut too deep they will get stuck and cause melting.
