    Hi,

I am using CUT2D pro to create my gcode. However when sent to the OP1515 using Blackbox wont cut all the way through. it'll only cut 75% of the way through,

Cutting 3/4in pvc setting the depth of the z to 0.79 so it can go the spoiler board.

    Thanks in advance

    1) measure your stock and use exact dimensions + a little extra (store dimensions are but nominal).
    2) Calibratrate all axes (Wizards and Tools menu)
    3) make sure you zeroed correctly (consider investing in a docs.openbuilds.com/xyzprobe)
    4) Surface your spoilboard (Wizards and Tools menu)
    5) check how you clamp stock, that it doesn't bow up (sideways clamping forces for example)

I tried most of the things you mentioned and none of them have worked. could there be a problem with how I am setting up the files in Cut2D pro?

Possible, by setting wrong origin, or wrong stock thickness.

During Z axis calibration, or just by doing some checks during jogging, you are accurate right?
Also, Z axis is solid, not like a loose stop collar and the router can lift up against the leadscrew?

Alright, So i tried making something in the Open Builds CAM software and i am having the exact same problem. Roughly 0.2in is not being cut in the material.

So more likely still mechanical, or calibration related
Mechanical being: A loose setscrew on the Z axis coupler? Loose stop collar? Endmill slipping deeper into the collet?

Or your Z axis not bottom out (router too high in mount) and endmill can never reach the spoilboard?

AHHHHHHHHH Figured it out, The Z Axis plate wasn't going deep enough and the router was to high up. Adjust the router made marks so I remember for next time and now its working like a charm.
