    Hello guys.

For some couple weeks now i'm the proud owner of a 1515 C-beam lead CNC.
Makita router on it and a blackbox to manage all that stuff.

So i ran into a little issue.
For some reason (unknown to me of course) when i do pocket milling it does 5 passes at 2mm (perfect it's what i asked !) and then plunge directly to the final depth wich is 25mm. I let you image the noise and stress when this happen on my oak board project ...

I tried 3 times with generating the gcode every time and same outcome every try ;(
I use OB Cam and OB Control
Does someone have a little clue ?

    Guillaume from France.

Post your gcode file, so we can check it and also post a workspace export obc file (from file menu) so we can check your toolpath parameters

    Here we go !
    Simple aperitif tray.
I looked at the gcode and after -11 it jumps to -25 :(

Will check soon as I am in front of PC, thanks for posting the files.
In the meantime what happens if you try different pass depths? For example 2.5mm passes to 25mm max depth?

I am unable to import the Workspace Export (corrupted data) you can Post the original dxf/svg file so i can try setting up the toolpath, but either the file, or the current workspace, has issues. Start in a new workspace from fresh, or check the file for issues.

    Hello.
I started with a fresh workspace and reset all settings. Set them back and voilà ! Works like a charm. But i don't understand where and when i messed up :(
Now i know how to solve this issue.

Thanks for the quick reply Peter !
