I just started working on my first 3D printer. I got stuck almost immediately in Fusion 360 about the right dimension of V-Slot.

I'm exploring build plate size of 600x600mm but will be no smaller than 500x500mm with a height of 6-800mm.

Q: 40x40 V-slot a good choice? To big, to small?

Most likely CoreXY inspired, but length of belt will decide if the benefits of the speed of CoreXY is reached at that size and I'll choose something else (not sure if the type of printer makes a difference on the recommended V-slot.

PS. I would pref black extrutions

    Perfekt, Thank you.

    0,133 mm on a 600m cross beam 20x40 vs 0,079mm on a 40x40. I'll use 40x40 :D

    Much appreciated
