Hi there, I just received my BlackBox Controller for my C-Beam. I followed the assembly video which was great. At the end, I was able to move my X and Y axis but not my Z axis. I redid the connection for Z and now nothing works. I cannot communicate the the BlackBox. I read several post regardig this and have removed all connected stepper motors and limit switches and it still won't work. I get the following message: "ERROR!: No supported firmware detected - you need a controller with Grbl 1.1x on it, or there is a problem with your controller. Closing port COM4"
I then tried the re-flash the box using the Wizard tool and get the following message: "FLASH FAILED!"
I have attached the serial console output below.
I have sent a note to support last week but have yet to hear back from them. Is there anything else I can do?
    Thank you!
