I own a small wing board company in Munich Germany and I'm looking to build a simple cnc setup for cutting our EPS foam cores in our factory.

We have a very simple design in mind that is not too complex but we are looking for some local students to help us build the machine and tune it correctly to our specifications.

This would be a hands on project. If anyone is interested locally in the Munich area we would be happy to meet up with you and spare our idea.

    regards
    Wesley

We don't need a wire cutter. we need a CNC router table. similar to surfboard shaper.

    oh ok.
I guess you do know that wire cut foam is stronger, especially EPS can be very open pored in the middle of a block, wire cutting seals that leaving a stronger surface, routing does not.

the issue would be there we need to cut channels and curves in the board which we can't do with wirecutter. we already use a wire cutter to cut our eps blocks
