I just started a job using openbuilds on a windows 10 HP Pro Tablet. Everything is working right until but the control screen for openbuilds has gone blank. It’s just a white box. The job is still running but I can’t pause or stop it. How do I get the controls back without crashing my machine?

Access the web interface from http://ip-of-machine:3000 for now, then once job is done a reboot should help

May suffer. Meant for use on a PC with decent specs

    4GB of RAM at least
WebGL capable GPU - white screen is usually a WebGL based issue
Up to date chipset and GPU drivers

With any less, you can disable features (eye candy) on the Troubleshooting tab under the Application Diagnostics if it keeps crashing on you

I can’t access the web interface by typing in my IP address :3000. It just gives me several suggestions of links. Thanks

I used the ipv4 in ipconfig.

Did you allow CONTROL through the firewall?
Is the device running CONTROL on the same network as the device you are trying to access the URL from?

Job done yet? If so, reboot

I tried accessing it from the tablet. The firewall never asked for permission.

On first run it would have - windows does not allow networking applications to start without prompting. Regardless, easy enough to add it now:

How to Allow Programs through the Windows 7 Firewall - dummies
If you have any 3rd party Antivirus/firewall consider them as well
