aloha I just purchased and assembled the lead 1010, while testing the movement and jogging the machine z works fine as well as x, but when I move on the y axis they both move + fine but when I try to move - the right side (y) moves correctly but the left (y2) only move + so the gantry twists. I double checked the wiring on both the motors and to the controller board and are correct- yellow green blue red. I also switched motors from side to side and same issue the Y2 motors only goes +. any ideas what could be wrong
Motor, or driver? (does problem follow the motor, or whichever motor is connected to the Y2 Port?) Ignore wire colors, they can be incorrect: Refer to docs:blackbox:faq-identify-motor-coils [OpenBuilds Documentation] Also make sure your Y2DIR jumper is installed correctly: See docs:blackbox:jumper-slaveaxis [OpenBuilds Documentation]
yes it was the jumper in the incorrect position, thank you for the assist, sorry I posted in the wrong thread
