I have a blackbox running a Lead 1515. When powering on, the Blackbox will go through all steps and is still usable, but will show "incomplete/failed" when trying to connect to the server to check for an update. When connecting to laptop to run a job with Openbuilds CONTROL, a prompt comes up recommending an update via FLASH(ing) the Blackbox. IS ANYONE ELSE having this issue? I have also started a help ticket with support. -Thanks
Interface or BlackBox? If its the Interface - see Method 2 or 3 of the Firmware Update procedure from docs.openbuilds.com/blackbox to get onto V1.52
