After installing limit switches (finally), I powered up the Black Box to... nothing.

Power light is on. USB connects. Black Box Control shows connection and indicates movement.

When Black Box is powered on, there isn't that satisfying *THUNK* telling me that the motors are powered up.

I pulled the limit switches and tried again. Nothing.

Fortunately, I had a second Black Box for another project I'm starting. Plugged that one in and it worked just fine. Before I torch that one, I'm wondering what might have happened to the first.

Also... switching boxes. I can see how to save a configuration, but how do you load it back into the new box?

Grbl settings: $4 Invert = 1 (enabled) and recheck 24v power input
BlackBox needs $4=1 and power for motors to enable
Also make sure $1=255 - for the thunk on power up (without $1=255 the thunk comes when commanded to move)

    Double checked both.

I noticed a twitch as I turned on the box. Slight "unk" from the motors, a twitch from the fan and a faint blink of the blue light. Pulled off the cover and tried again. Noticed that about the 90% point of the power switch travel there was a twitch of power but nothing in the full on position. Could it be...?

Tested continuity on the switch. Nothing. I have a dead switch.

Verified by jumping the power switch and it works normally.

Seriously? All these electronics and a simple mechanical rocker switch dies? Now what?
