    Hello,
I'm about to hop into the electronics portion of my CNC router... Any suggestions on schematic capture software? I'm using Fusion360 for mechanical stuff. AutoCAD offers Eagle schematic capture software but don't know if its any good.
    Thanks!
    Tony.

Eagle is good and it has an option for getting a g-code to route the traces.

Eagle is built into Fusion (a cut down version if you have the personal use license for Fusion)

Thanks for the response... Alex, you mention 'a cut down version' what do you mean? My goal is to draw up schematic and print them, maybe in the future make PCB's. Would it be better to get another schematic capture program, if so any suggestions?

JustinTime, do you recommend Eagle or is there another program you prefer?

Thanks again for the response, Tony.

Only "cut down" in the sense that it is limited to two layers. Double sided PCB's is the limit of my aspirations so I'm fine with that.

Yeah, I use two sides only too. Plenty for me. I used Eagle to make PCBs on my CNC and for having it done in China. Only downside, if it is a downside for you, is that the free version is only good for 100mm x100mm. Didn't bother me so far.
