Best controller board that allows me to use Torch height control? (THC)

    Starting into the research phase of building a CNC plasma cutter. Would really like to get torch height control and I have seen some controllers with it built in, and others with it as a separate stand alone system. Any recommendations?

    Google suggests Mach 3 + Proma or Mach 4 + Neuron? Whatever results come up are likely to be the easiest to get help with if needed.

    I'd get it standalone, personally. Clearly defined points of communication and failure are nice for diagnostics, and I generally subscribe more to the one-job-really-well philosophy of dedicated hardware.
