I am using Fusion 360 with the OpenbuildsFusion360PostGrbl post process. I keep getting an Alarm Error at the following location:

    G90 G94 G17
    G20
    (Operation 1 of 2 : 2D Pocket7)
    G54
    G53 G0 Z-0.1969
    S16000 M3
    G4 P1.8
    G0 X1.4164 Y3.1464 <---- The Y3.1464 causes the alarm
    Z0.2
    Z0.4

I just reset my firmware and everything else I can think of. I must have a configuration error somewhere but I am at a total loss.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Joel

Seeing as turning on your spindle preceeds the error exactly, I would say you have a Spindle that spits out a tonne of EMI that false triggers the limits :)

    See docs:blackbox:faq-emi [OpenBuilds Documentation]

I manually entered the commands and bypassed the router/spindle on command and still have the same error. The router is positioned in the middle of the table so the limit switches and hard limit values should not be causing any issues. My system uses Xtension limit switches which should minimize EMI at that point.

On that G53 G0 Z-0.1969 is the Z axis actually touching the limit switch? Just thinking that if is touching (but not enough to trigger it) when the gantries move the movement could be enough to cause a trigger. If you think that might be the issue increase that distance.
    Alex.

Thanks for the idea. It looks like I still have ~1/4” before the limit switch comes into play.
I did manually type in the commands and broke up the suspect line into separate commands. The error triggers on the Y movement.

Does it touch the switch, or not?
