Hi, I have a big project with big dimensions, and I need a Cbeam actuator with 2 meters C-Beam® Double Wide Gantry Actuator Bundle The max width in openbuilds is 1000 mm but I need 2 meters of Cbeam and 2 meters of Lead Screw.: 8mm Metric Acme Lead Screw Anyone know where I can buy a lead screw with 2 meters? 8mm it's not enough ? Thanks.
8mm just isn't going to work for you. 1Mtr is reasonable, 1.5mm is getting dodgy with whip, 2mtrs, don't bother! You should be considering at least 15mm, or bigger screw, for that size. Backlash nuts for that size screw generally can't be accommodated within the C Beam structure. Max C Beam is 1.5mtr.
