I'm setting up a 1.5kW, 110V, 24000RPM spindle and the HY01D511B VFD Controller. I followed the directions & settings in Josh's thread - the only difference is that I have PD001 set to 0, as I haven't connected to the Blackbox yet and want to test the spindle. Using the knob on the VFD spins the spindle up but it maxes out at about 12400RPM - just under half of its 24K max. I've triple-checked settings... everything else is correct. I should be able to get 24K 'from the knob', right? If so, any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks...

My motor is 2 pole - I checked PD143 and it was set to 4. I changed it to 2 and... no difference.
I decided to start fresh; reset everything w/ PD013 (8), then entered everything again & got the same thing again.
Stumped. I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing.

You might look at PD 70 the settings are different for using the onboard control and using the 0-10 input.
