I had some trouble when I was setting up the VFD, it is now mounted on the wall about a meter away from the electronics .
Ballscrew pitch = 5mm
motor pulley 2mm pitch 40 teeth
ballscrew pulley 2mm pitch 30 teeth
So 5mm = 0.75 (30/40) motor revs

I am running grbl mega with Ramps 1.6. A Mega2560 with a Ramps 1.6 board. I'm led to believe the pinouts are the same as Ramps 1.4.
