About 25 minutes for each one. Another 7 minutes for laser engraving

1/8” drill bit, 60 degree v bit, 1/4” up cut end, 1” surfacing bit, mill, 2w Opt laser

Feeds & Speeds:

Drill: 10000 rpm (lowest I can go)
Other bits: 15000 rpm. Feed rates default from VCarve Pro.

Materials:

Hardwood flooring

8 species of wood. Plan was purchased on Etsy, saving me a lot of design time. I tweaked it a little. Pegs purchased at a local supplier. The wood is about 14mm thick as I had to plane it down to remove the grooves from the bottom of the flooring. I used a three flute surfacing bit for that.
