I needed a way to put my brand on the bottom of some wood bowls I've been making without the laser burning the brand name off center and ruining the bowl. Sounds like a job for the LEAD CNC. Thanks for watching, and please remember to follow me on instagram for more cool stuff.

Thanks man I believe it was something like 250mm/min and about 4 passes around moving in slowly.

This was cool. I would have been scared to use my good v bits on aluminum. I think there would have been a cheap one coming on the slow boat for me if I were to try this. Also, I like how it brands your name the right way. If that were me it would have taken me until the first brand was made to realize I forgot to reverse it. ;)

    Jacob:
Just started trying to learn enough Fusion 360 to be able to make a second attempt at creating a brass branding stamp for my wood projects. I've done a few things on my Leads 1010 but only using the software from Openbuilds. Want so share some F-360 insights on how to get the design project from CAD to G-Code with a CNC newby? I pray I can be as successful as you have obviously been. KaDee's Rusty Blade Creations

Thank You Jacob. I was terrified to ask for help since I don't understand how forums work and therefore that was my very first post. I appreciate the kind response. But, You tube, I do understand so that looks like a success path. In the interim, I have already developed my design on Fusion 360 and I think it is a unique logo/graphic. So I can't wait to take the 3D vector drawing from CAD to the next stage of calculating tool paths, so I can cut it. THANK YOU JACOB! KaDee

Turned out great @Jacob Tabor I like how you set it up in the drill press so you can jig the bowls. Nice work man thanks for the share.
