Beginner Reusable Mdf Stamps - Holiday Edition

Rating:
5/5,
  • Software:
    Vectric Aspire / Openbuilds CAM
    Machine Time:
About an hour for all of them
    Bit or Laser Size:
    1/8" Flat endmill & v90 v-bit
    Materials:
    1/2" MDF
    Poly

I have made stamps in the past with linoleum but i asked myself if an MDF stamp would work. After some playing around i got what i wanted.

Attached you will find vector files so you can generate your own code and the gcode from vectric, this is for v90 bit, 50mmx50mm blank and it will not go any further than 3mm, so 1/4 MDF could also work.

Super cool man these turned out great! I was thinking that maybe you could do a brass branding iron with this same concept?
