Why are you making your own? They are available from many different suppliers like SMW3D.com, Chrisclub1 on ebay, etc.

sorry for keep bothering u those gantrys i have i need the x gantry ones that are 1.1" taller ..... for the 20 x 80 v-slot

Just load up the regular drawings in CAD and stretch them 1.1"
