So I have been Googling but can't seemed to find the answer to this. On my sketches I turned this function on for the Red and Green axis lines to follow every where I click no matter what tool I am using. So maybe is there a name for this function or is there a spot to turn it off. I feel like I have done this before but can't remember how I corrected it. Thanks for the help!
Thanks JustinTime. After about a day I thought maybe I should post over at Autodesk Forum. Some how I checked this box and it was the only one I didn't try uncheck. But this worked too.
