    Hi there,

I‘m looking to change my DeWalt router for a Makita one, in order to have more freedom when it comes to RPM. That is for a Workbee, by the way.

The recomended router everywhere is the Makita RT0700CX4J. I live in Germany, and I don‘t find it anywhere. The closest I‘ve found in Amazon Germnay is the Makita RT0700CX2J or Makita RT0700CX3J.

I tried to find what diffeerences among them, but I can find anything.

Does somebody know what differences are there?. Any insight would be much appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    FH

If am not mistaken doesn't the suffix to the SKU have to do with whats included (different bases, accessory packs, etc)?

Peter is right, as long as it says 700 or 701 you'll get the correct router.
