    Hello,

I set up 10v exactly with potentiometer in the blackbox ( i send m3 s24000). I would like to know it you have the measure beacause when i wire 0-10v on the vfd i measure between 5 and 6v ? I am between ACM and VI connection, i put the jumper J1 on VI. I have a problem or you have the saMe ?

    thx

Did you also remember to set $30=24000 gnea/grbl

M3 S24000 should set PWM to 100% and output 10v (test without wiring to VFD first)
    (M3 S12000 should output +- 5v, etc)

Or does the voltage drop only after connecting VFD?
What VFD specifically do you have?

Yes $30=24000 and i have 10v when the vfd isn’t wired. The voltage drop only when connecting vfd. It is a huanyang 2,2kw

That's a weird one. Their inputs are supposed the be logic level. So they should not load down the line at all.

Not sure it parameters can have an effect like that or if the VFD is faulty.

How long is the wiring between the two?

I haven't plugged the Spindle yet, I'm in the process of installing it. I did the hardware configuration only but not software. I use a 40cm shielded cable

Not too long. So not sure, maybe a fault on the VFD board - inputs should not load down a signal
