Huanyang VFD will only do 200hz

    Huanyang VFD 220v
    2.2KW Water Cooled Spindle

    I have been over the settings and I just can seem to find the one for this.

    The spindle will only go up to 200hz or 12000 rpms

    Here are some of my basic settings

    PD001=1
    PD002=1
    PD003=400
    PD004=400
    PD005=400
    PD008=220
    PD070=0
    PD141=220
    PD142=9
    PD143=2

    I have also tried to set it up to be controlled by Openbuilds control with the black box but have yet to get that to work ether. I am starting to think I have a bad VFD.

    I'm having this same issue, did you end up having a bad VFD, or get some resolution?

    I just reset to factory and renetered all the settings and it works fine now.

    If PD143 is set to 4 pole it will cause this make sure it is set to 2 pole.
