Still hunting around for a Parts List for this upgrade. I've contacted Chris, and he's going to get me a set of plates, and a spindle clamp made up for me. So far for this conversion of the standard OX build do this, I've got the following in my shopping cart. Just want to get a definitive list so I can do it all in one fell swoop.
1 x BlackBox Motion Control System (Just wanted it for the upgrade and it looks way nicer than my current controller board)
3 x Anti-Backlash Nut Block for 8mm Acme Lead Screw
    1 x 540mm 8mm Lead screw
    2 x 1040mm 8mm Lead screw
    3 x 1/4" x 8mm Flexible Coupling
    6 x Ball Bearing 688Z 8x16x5 Bearings
    3 x 8mm Lock Collar.

You'll need lock collars on each end of the screws.

Is anybody in the UK producing the plate kit?
Without the plates cost for a 1500mm OX is about £220 in parts - not including the screws

Oozenest in the United Kingdom use to be the seller, but they've since gone on to the Workbee. If you have your Heart Set on a Set of Plates for the OX CNC. and it is allowed I have a set I'm looking to get rid off as I went on to build a C-Beam XL instead.. I'm not sure that we can offer parts for sale. I bought mine originally from Mark at least 5 years ago.

    Thanks for the reply
I have a 1500mm OX that I HAVE BEEN RUNNING WITH BELTS BUT NOW WANT SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE ROBUST AND RELIABLE. If these plates are for the Dazthegas leadscrew conversion, I would be very interested.

I have his original adapters for the OX Plates for the X-Axis. But you'll have to remind me what they look like as I have what must be 9 different plates for the OX or more and haven't looked at it for at least 3 years.

I have the original pair for the the X-Axis that are shown at the bottom on the Right. These two plates worked perfectly, though I had to make an adapter myself using a piece of Delrin and a Leadscrew Tap to attach it to the original Belt Driven plates per DazTheGas's directions. The other plates were still in development by Daz. Built the OX and couldn't for the life of me get it to work on the Y-Axis. Turned out that one of my steppers had a Bad Coil.

You can have the 2 Plates that I have for $25.00 CAD, but I need an address to figure out Shipping. Message me through Facebook Messenger, [email protected] so that we can keep everything private and not post our information for the world to see.

Just ordered a set of plates from Chris on eBay. Looking forward to the upgrade. Just need to identify the rest of the parts I need now. I think most of it is called out in earlier posts.

The list posted earlier looks pretty complete. Although, near as I can tell before getting parts in hand, the screws need to be longer (60mm) and it’s missing three couplers 1/4" x 8mm Flexible Coupling SKU: 155
