    Hi Guys

Im a little confused and it may be very obvious. My machine wont surface it says out of bounds when in vetric im pocketing the correct size for the machine?

I can clear the alarm and JOG the machine further.

can anyone point me in the right direction

You didnt say where you set Work 0. But lets assume that you set it right after your homing routine. You have to remember that there is a pull off value for the limit switches (3 - 5mm) that has to be factored in. In other words, your work area is no longer 760 x 730. Its (760 - pull off) x (730 - pull off). Your pull off value is in $27

the Work 0 is top right homing potion.

The pull off is 5mm but i can clear the alarm and jog the machine more than 5mm.

surely if it was -5mm it would have stopped 5mm in both the x and y direction. it looks like its stopped more like 70mm short in both directions

Sorry, dont understand the point you're trying to make. Can you clarify?

In any case, take Y for example. You're trying to go to -729. But you dont have that much travel from work 0. You only have -725 since you have a 5mm pull off.

id expect it to either tell me its out of the working area before i start the job and also not to stop nearly 70mm in both directions?

It will warn you when it gets to that command. It doesnt scan all of your code for possible errors before you start. The check size button would have caught this.

sorry it doesnt make sense to me.

Its stopping even though it can still move in the X and Y direction another 70mm. I have changed the pocketing path to 725x755 and it still stops?

My machine can travel 730 in the x and 760 in the y. I have set the pocketing path to 725 in the x and 755 in the y. Now taking into consideration the 5mm pull off. But it still stops when it gets to -643mm in the x?

There were two issues. One, you were trying to machine outside the boundaries of your work area. That's solved.

The next one is that your limit switches are triggering falsely. That's due to electrical noise. Routing your mains cables in line with your signal cables (most common) can cause this as well as loads of other things.
