Id like to see an improved parts list under the user builds section.
It'd be nice to have some buttons, "add item to cart" and "add all to cart" this way, if i wan't to build what someone else is building, it'd be quick and easy.
of course some more details would be needed, not only the part link, but its color, and length, and whatever else is needed to ensure you're purchasing the exact same parts.

As for any parts on the list, that are not being sold from OpenBuilds, they would not get added to the cart for obvious reasons.

another update id like to see, is a cost column next to each part, as well as "Cost of parts from OpenBuilds", "Other Costs/Cost of parts purchased elsewhere" and "Total Cost of the Build"

as is right now, the only way to find out the cost to build someone else's project is either to ask the builder. Or to individually add each and every single part to your cart.... which is tedious.. then having to remove all of those parts one (as theres no clear all button).
This is particularly tedious, is your comparing costs of several different builds.

Well, I think the onus is on the builder to supply a costed parts list (if indeed they want to - they are not obliged to). Not really OB's responsibility?
    Nice idea though.

Great ideas...something we've been wanting to do for a while. It would be really useful!
