Hello. I have a problem, can not you tell me what should be caused by this, such a cutting, I think that the belt problem I bought but it is still on the way …

I have never had such a problem, new cnc size 1750 mm x1750 mm workBee, X controller.

Loose belt, loose pulleys (check the setcrews and nb that one is on the motor flat, and tight!) or loose wheels/router mounts etc.

Give things a wiggle, if it moves when it shouldnt, you know what to do

Everything I checked is nothing. One problem is left alone

Thats a nonstandard size so I would expect some unplanned flex:

    Mitigation:
    - come up with improvements to stiffen the frame (add some steel, extra V Slot, many ideas here on the forum)
    - use proportionally lighter cuts (shallower passes) to compensate

I would expect some flex in an X axis that long @pauna, but not that much! You need to be methodical - start with the router mount, X axis gantry plates, eccentric adjustment on both Z and X axes, X axis fixing to Y gantry plates. I see @Peter Van Der Walt has beaten me to the next bit of advice!

Do I think I'll add another C-Beam Linear Rail? The problem is probably caused by this

One approach is to insert a steel "U" channel into the C beam, but if it is to work it needs to be a very good fit! Or, if you can fit it in, a steel plate on the front of the C beam. Also remember that steel+aluminium = battery = corrosion. This probably won't matter much if the fix works - the steel channel would be even more securely bonded to the aluminium C beam.
Try searching the forum for things like C beam rigidity, workbee modified and any other phrase you can think of that might link to other people's solutions.

PS - I think the flex in the X C beam is your biggest problem and I couldn't be sure from your video, but it looked to me as though there was also some play in your Z axis/X axis gantry plates as well.

Are you planning to run the belt through the middle of that rectangular steel tube? How would you fix it to the C beam? U channel would make life easier. I'm not sure how much stiffness 2/3 mm aluminium would add, and the screws to fix it could clash with the gantry plates. It is a solution that doesn't involve re-designing the way the gantry plates are fitted.

You're right about aluminum. The place is almost no. Belts still leave me in the place. Steel squared will be split into one side 10 mm and then the side is 5 mm that puts the M5 bolt

    Feed rate - 2500 mm / min
    Pluge rate - 1400 mm / min
    Depth per pass 4mm

t's a better result but I do not like it too

What size bit @pauna? With the flex problems you are having you may need to go a bit shallower than 4mm.

I have one more try, at this moment brought me belts 6mm

Do you think old belts are under the scratch? Dual belts work

My CNC "workbee" has recently started weirdly cutting. Initially, I blamed the router because the sound changed during cutting. It turned out that there were no problems with the router. I do not know what to

    think
