    Hello All,

Just Finishing mock-up on a circular saw sled getting ready to square up and finalize, the one question I have is is which side of the rail should the eccentrics go on? The plates are horizontal, and take the brunt of the loading. because of the height restrains for this sled, cannot mount the plates vertically, the wheels stick down too far below the sleds main rails. My thinking is the eccentrics on the outside, any help would be appreciated.

    Thank You,

    Bob

i would put them on the outside just for ease of access, when the bolts are tightened they are as rigid as the regular spacers.

Also, if they are on the outside, it is more likely your blade is square to the edge of the track.
