    what are you planning to machine with such a large Z axis? You will get a lot of deflection in anything other than very soft materials like foam.

    The intention is to machine wood. Currently the defelction isn´t to bad, but we will do some proper testing, as soon as we get the second C-beam for the y-axis.
    The defelction is also something we are concernd with, so we are currently tinkering with some ideas on how to stiffen up the z-axis.
