Customer Service: Wrong items sent for Order #59917

    Hi:
    Sorry to clutter the forum, but I sent an email a couple of days ago and cannot tell if anyone's received it and is taking action.

    Order #59917 was for 2 × V-Slot® NEMA 23 Linear Actuator Bundle (Lead Screw), length 500mm but what was sent were two 250 mm instead. I sent details with the order and a scan of the packing list that show the error on 2018-01-08 at 11:07 Pacific to http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home.

    Could someone please respond so I can get the correct parts?

    It sometimes takes them a few days, but they have always responded when this kind of thing has happened to me. And they are good at making things right. So if you wait a bit longer they should be in contact with you.

    Thanks, Gray (and Jonathon) -- OB's customer service/order fulfillment has been so good in the past that I was a bit alarmed not to get an automated "got your email" message and concerned that a server might have "black-holed" the message....

    Thank you for your kind words Andy. Yes, we have received your email and the Part Store has reached out to you. We recently had inclement weather which has temporarily impacted their response time. We are finally thawing out and getting caught up. :thumbsup:

    Thanks, TrishC -- I wondered whether the "deep freeze" was part of the problem.
    Someone from the Part Store did make contact...so thank you!

    EDIT: Wouldn't you know it -- no sooner had I posted the message below but the package arrived.

    Sorry to be a pest, but I have not received any indication that the two 500mm lead screws that I ordered have actually been sent....I'm working on a project for a disabled person and it would really be most helpful to know when the 2 × V-Slot® NEMA 23 Linear Actuator Bundle (Lead Screw), length 500mm have been shipped.

    Do you have any information about the shipping please?
