A few ways to do this. One way is to extrude circle. new sketch the hole circle. cut hole using extrude. Then under create select pattern then circular.
In the circular pattern dialog choose features for pattern type, select the hole you cut(use the time frame), select the axis of the disk you are cutting, quantity 3.

There is also an option to make holes in Fusion. I can't recall the exact procedure, i don't have Fusion on my new computer, but it's one of the menu options.

Does it run into the front hole? It might not like that. Uncheck full length and try a depth to see if this is the case.

I could tell you how to do this off the top of my head for SW, but not fusion. I'll try though.

To move the existing hole pattern you just find and edit the sketch of the holes. To make a pattern on the same plane you can either pattern the holes in the sketch or pattern the feature out of sketch. To duplicate everything on the bottom of the part you select extrude cut, select the same sketch again, select extrude from, and choose the bottom surface.

Anyone else ever have issues exporting a dxf file. I've watched a couple of tutorials and pretty sure I'm doing it right, but I cant open the dxf

Fusion is an odd beasty (to me anyway) but once you 'get it' it is simple enough.
The key is that you do most stuff by doing a 2D sketch first, then extruding that to 3D.

    You should watch these....
